Sorry, I could not locate the thread about address change. I am moving at the end of this month to a new address in a neighboring suburb. I have an approved I-140 and a pending I-485 with AP and EAD in hand.
My wife has a pending I-140 and a pending I-485 with AP and EAD in hand.
Is filling an online AR-11 sufficient? Does this update our I-485 and other pending/approved applications automatically. Please advise.

If someone using company lawyer to file I-485 and other forms, ask this lawyer will he send receipt notices to the applicant or not. Some will get answer that it's company policy not to sent anything to applicants :mad: .

No, you do not need to file I485 for child, who is a us citizen. No medicals exam required, since they get everything here after birth.
But you have to mention child details on your I485.
I recently filed mine.

Inorder to apply for your 7th year extension, you should have an approved labor certification.
I am not sure if you can get an extension without an approved labor and I140.
You might have a problem.
Also, if you have an approved I40, you should have applied for an extension months before.
You really need a lawyer.

Could you please pm us the IP address of your machine. It will help us to diagnose the problem and/or let you know the reason. Its possible that your work environment is using NATing. So all machines from within that network will propagate the same external IP address. If you could send us your IP address at work, we will be able to diagnose the problem.

Non-profit organizations...as the name emplies are organizations that doesnt aim to make a profit...and if they ever do, it must be retained within the organization so they can support their own programs and services. Examples are foundations, charities--they are tax favored. I know some schools are too---and hospitals. Ive worked in one hospital before. You can find it out by reading what a company is all about...visions, missions...they will usually say they are not for profit organizations if ever they are...hope this helps....by the way...they are VISA CAP EXEMPT!

TSC processing times for Feb is out.
I-485 has advanced to 18th July 07.

Any idea with whats going on with TSC Processing times, my PD is current Nov' 2003, however do not see any movement in the processing times, 485 applied on Aug 7, 007, any idea when they will publish the new processing times? Any way we can know where we are in the 485 proccess?

It is possible. There is a relatively unknown technique called TT (abbreviation for Time Travel) which is also relatively related to relativity. When applied correctly, it is more effective than PD recapturing and labor substitution. That's how I got my green. how should I arrange them and where should I mention the "table of contents" so to speak. I have a detailed cover letter also.

are there any approvals from TSC lately ? since the online status is down, there is no way to get status updates now. Worse yet we don't get notifications on RFE's and if the lawyer did not notify on time, this is going to be a disaster..

My previously filed PERM & I-140 are under the verge of rejection due to a pending RFE.
I am planning to file another PERM. Even though I'm trying to do it ASAP, I'm wondering whether I have an advantage on filing new PERM before Dec 20th 2007.
While applying for H1B extension in Dec 2008, If I have an approved labor/pending I-140 I thought I could request for 3 year extension. If I don't have labor/I-140 pending I can only request for 20 months extension (as my 6 year H1B term ends on Sep 2010)

"One in H1B/H-4 status can extend to the end of the 6-year limit, and then take advantage of the provisions allowing extensions beyond the 6-year limitation, if the labor certification or I-140 was filed at least a year earlier."

I am in the same situation.. send docs to Dallas lockbox.
Applied for EAD renewal and documents reached on May7th.. checks not cased yet. I think the whole lockbox is creating the delays but one they get to your application it is relatively quick.
Do let me know when your checks are cased.
