Band Peterpan terbentuk berawal dari pertemuan Uki dan Ariel yang pernah satu kelas di SMPN 14 Bandung. Tadinya mereka nggak saling kenal. Bahkan keduanya nyaris adu jotos. Maklum Ariel sebagai anak baru udah bikin Uki kesel. Soalnya Ariel kalau ke sekolah suka bawa gitar segala. Udah gitu ikut-ikutan bisa menggambar pula sama seperti Uki.

Dari sinilah, mereka mulai meengasah kemampuannya dalam bermusik. Bersama gank-nya Uki, Ariel akhirnya jadi teman baik plus patner nge-jamnya. Puncaknya, mereka tergabung dalm band yang menamakan dirinya Papermint. Sayang, band yang diharapkan bisa bicara banyak ini malah kandas di tengah jalan. Keduanya pun sepakat untuk jalan sendiri-sendiri.

Cerita berlanjut ketika band kesayangan Andika, Beat Jr (biasa membawakan lagu-lagu The Beatles) dan Stupid Cupid (biasa membawakan musik-musik beraliran Britpop), terpaksa bubar. Andika yang waktu itu cinta mati sama band membentuk sebuah band lagi. Uki yang jago main gitar sejak kenal Ariel dirangkulnya. Karena kekurangan personil Uki najak sohibnya di SMP, ariel. Sementara gara-gara dikenalin temen tetangganya Andika, doi pun ngajak gabung Indra dan Ari. Tahun 1997, band ini pun resmi terbentuk dengan nama Topi. Anggotanya terdiri dari Ariel (vocal/gitar), Andika (vocal/keyboard), Uki (gitar), Indra (bas), dan arie (drum).

Tadinya, formasi bakalan solid. Maklum awalnya semua personil rajin untuk latihan. Sayang, gara-gara ada personil yang nggak serius, band ini terpaksa bubar. Semua personil membuat band sendiri-sendiri. Memang dasar jodoh, Andika pun memanggil semua personil kembali.

Lagi-lagi sial. Saat hati sudah sreg, Arie cabut karena alasan pribadi. Reza dan Loekman yang pernah main bareng dengan indra dan kakaknya, digandengnya.

Karena udah ganti personil baru, maka namanya diganti menjadi Peterpan. Arti nama Peterpan simpel banget, band ini ingin terbang seperti cerita dongeng Peterpan.

Saat band udah solid, latihan pun sudah sering. Tinggal niat awal yang belum kesampaian, yakni tampil di kafe-kafe Bandung. Memang sih, band ini sempat manggung di kafe, tapi tidak terlalu sering.

Mereka maunya job terus mengalir, minimal menjadi home band salah satu kafe. Soalnya udah kepalang tanggung, mereka sudah banyak mengorbankan sekolahnya.

Pada saat itu job manggung mereka cari sendiri. Makanya, mereka berpikir butuh manajer khusus yang bisa mencarikan job. Andika ingat kalau band adiknya punya manajer. Mereka merangkul cowok yang punya nama Budi Soeratman ini. Tawar menawar pun terjadi antara para personil Peterpan dan Budi. Cowok yang akrab dipanggil Abang ini nggak ngerti musik yang dianut anak-anak Peterpan. Mungkin Abang nggak yakin

Robin Hood hero,
legend, myth or man?

Mischa Barton was born in Hammersmith, London, United Kingdom to an Irish mother, Nuala (née Quinn), a photographer, and an English father, Paul Marsden Barton, a foreign exchange broker. She has two sisters, younger Hania and elder Zoe, a barrister in London. Barton moved to New York City at the age of five and became a naturalised citizen of the United States in Los Angeles on 3 February 2006. Barton graduated from the Professional Children's School in Manhattan in 2004, and took a summer short course called Acting Shakespeare at The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in June and July 2006, at Sir Richard Attenborough's urging, after he directed her in Closing the Ring.

Marion Cotillard (born September 30, 1975) is an Academy Award winning French actress who has appeared in almost 40 film and television productions since 1993. Born into an acting family, Cotillard started on the stage as a child and during her teens progressed from roles in television to cinema. On February 10, 2008, Cotillard became the first French actress to be awarded the BAFTA Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role since the BAFTAs in 1969 combined the Best British and Best Foreign actress award into one Best Actress category. She is also the first actress to be nominated for an Academy Award for a French language performance since Catherine Deneuve for Indochine in 1992. She is the first actress to win a Golden Globe for a foreign language performance since 1972, when Liv Ullmann won for The Emigrants. She is also the first person to win a (Comedy or Musical) Golden Globe for a foreign language performance. As La Vie En Rose was also a Czech production (as she mentioned in her César acceptance speech), Marion Cotillard was nominated for the Czech Lion for "Best Actress in a Leading Role" on February 21.

On February 22, 2008, she was awarded the César Award for Best Actress, becoming the first woman and second person (after Adrien Brody, The Pianist) to win both a Cesar and an Oscar for the same performance. Two days later, she received the Academy Award for Best Actress. After Simone Signoret in 1959, Marion Cotillard is the second French cinema actress to win this award, although French expatriate Claudette Colbert was given an Oscar in 1934. She is the first Best Actress winner in a non-English language performance since Sophia Loren's win in 1961. She is also the first and so far only winner of an Academy Award for a performance in the French language.
