Pooja Batra was born into an army family. Before her birth, Pooja's father, Ravi Batra, an army colonel was wounded in the 1971 war between India and Pakistan. Her mother, Neelam Batra was a former Miss. India participant in 1971.

In school, she enjoyed sports, debates and plays. She was more of an athlete growing up competing in the 200 and 400 meter dash. Pooja majored in Economics at the Fergusson College, Pune. She also attained her MBA in marketing from Symbiosis College, Pune. She almost joined the Indian Air Force as a pilot, but modeling came calling at an early age.At a young age, she started modeling as a part-time job. She was best known for her Liril soap commercial. She was the first Indian face to launch and be a spokesperson for the Head and Shoulders dandruff shampoo in India. She sought to fame when she was crowned Miss. India in 1993. She went on to become one of the top supermodels in India. She walked the ramp for over 250 fashion shows in India and overseas. She is an ambassador for Parag Sarees.

Pooja turned down many offers to complete her education before signing a contract with the Virasat Film Studio. She is the life member of International Film And Television Club of Asian Academy Of Film & Television, Noida.

The first film she signed was Virasat in 1997. She worked in over 21 films including Haseena Maan Jayegi, Dil Ne Phir Yaad Kiya and Kahin Pyar Na Ho Jaye.

She is very tall, standing at almost 5'11 inches being taller than most bollywood actors, for example:- Hrithik, Anil, Akshay khanna, Sunil and slightly shorter in flats than Akshaye Kumar and John Abraham.

Pooja Batra worked in Malayalam films, majority of them being with Megastars Mohanlal and Mamootty. She also did stage work to considerable acclaim.

Payal Rohatgi was born on November 9 in Hyderabad, India. She is the daughter of Veena Rohatgi and Shashank Rohatgi. She has a brother named Gaurav Rohatgi. She was brought up in a middle class family and grew up in Ahmadabad in Gujarat. A computer engineer from L.D. College of Engineering, Ahmedabad by profession[1], Payal Rohatgi won the title of Miss Tourism World in 2001, against candidates from 65 countries. She was also a finalist at the Femina Miss India contest in 2000. These successes encouraged Payal to enter the entertainment industry and so she moved to Mumbai. She is approximately 5'6" tall, and her star-sign is Scorpio.

She started her career by modelling for popular brands like Amul, Nirma, and Nescafe. She gained attention after appearing in a television ad for Cadbury's Temptations Chocolates. Around this time she also appeared in music videos by rock band Silk Route and Indipop artist Kay Kay.

Payal made her Bollywood debut in Harry Baweja's Yeh Kya Ho Raha Hai?, a Hindi remake of the Hollywood teen flick American Pie. However, she went unnoticed in the multi-starrer. She shot into the limelight by doing some small budget films, but she seemed to have a change of heart as she realised that these small budget films were not of her sensibility as these films released badly and were shot badly.

In 2006, she signed her first A grade Bollywood film, 36 China Town, as one of the lead characters. The movie starred already established stars like Shahid Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor, and Paresh Rawal. Even amongst all these stars she got noticed.

Later in that year, she appeared in the critically acclaimed Corporate where, ironically, she played the part of an item girl.

In 2007, she had her first release with Priyadarshan's film Dhol which was produced by Percept Picture Company. She played a positive second lead character, paired opposite Arbaaz Khan.

In 2008, she will be seen in a cameo opposite ranvir shorey in PNC film Ugly Aur pagli which is on release in august 2008..Coming september 12th and v shall see her in another great role opposite Irfan khan in TV18 film Dil kabaddi.. She is playing the role of an aerobics instructor and has sported a very toned , lean look in the film..

Nisha Kothari, born Priyanka Kothari, also known as Amoha, is an Indian Bollywood actress and model. She was born on November 30th 1983.Sagittarian Kothari was born in Kolkata, and grew up speaking English, Bengali, Rajasthani, and Hindi. She moved to New Delhi while in 10th standard and got her degree in Chemistry at Delhi University at Dayal Singh College. Neetu Chandra (born on June 20th in Bihar) is an Indian theatre and film actress.

Neetu Chandra was born in Bihar, India. She is 5'10" tall. Before entering Hindi film Industry, Neetu was an avid sportsperson. She is a black belt holder in Taekwondo. She has represented India in two different games, which is very rare. She has represented India in Internaitonal Taekwondo Championship at Hong Kong in 1996 and represented India in World Korfball Championship in 1995 at New delhi. She is a national games Silver Medal winner in Taek-won-do. After completing her basic education, she started struggling for small print ad campaign in delhi. Namrata Shirodkar Ghattamaneni (born 22 January 1972 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India) is an Indian actress. Her sister is the actress Shilpa Shirodkar. She is the grand-daughter of famous Marathi actress Meenakshi Shirodkar, who starred in Brahmachari (1930s), and was the first actress to wear a swimsuit and gambol in a pool, albeit to depict Lord Krishna bathing in the Holy river Yamuna with his gopis.

Born in a moderate Marathi-speaking family, Namrata Shirodkar is an Aquarian, born on January 22, 1972, and one of the most beautiful Bollywood actresses, who used to live in Khar, an elite suburb in Mumbai. In addition she is a model, and has been crowned Miss India in 1993. Namrata finished amongst the top six at Miss Universe in 1993. She was also chosen as the 1st runner up for Miss Asia Pacific during 1993.

Namrata worked as a model, and was 1993's Miss India. She went on to represent India in the Miss Universe pageant and came in sixth place. She also represented the country in the Miss Asia Pacific contest, she won first runner-up.

In 2004 she went back into the spotlight when she played the role of Jaya Bakshi in Bride and Prejudice. She played Aishwarya Rai's elder sister in the film. The film was a hit overseas particularly in the UK but failed to do well in India. She has since left the industry after her marriage.
